  1. Start off by shaving the area so you get a good seal. You can either go to the skin or leave some stubble, it’d your call, but the smoother your contact surface is the better the seal will be.

  2. Then get lube- I use coconut oil, but there a many out there that are good. I have used Albolene on the past, but I have always gone back to coconut oil. You can go over to Lynk Pleasure and they have a couple to choose from and they’re usually at a discount through our link: Lynk Pleasure

  3. When it comes to routine, start with 2-3 sessions at 10-15 minutes each at low pressure, like 3-5 in/Hg. From there, add time and number of sessions slowly. You will see many guys saying, “Low and Slow”, it is the best way to avoind injury.

  4. As you get to pumping longer, make sure to take breaks and do some stretching and massage- helps healing.

  5. Also, you can get a heating pad- I’ve started using one and have seen great results. It helps promote bloodflow and growth.

  7. Another thing, you’ll see a lot of guys w a donut, edema just under the head- look through pics and you’ll see what I mean. I don’t like that. It comes from too big a tube and too much pressure, I use a cockring just behind my head and that works- see pics in my feed. (Cockring on my head)
